Terms & Conditions
By making a booking at Havana, 15 Wharf Street, Port Douglas, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
Bookings & Payment
A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through our booking agent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less an administration fee. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability. Key collection details will be provided prior to your arrival.
House Rules
Havana is a residential property in a quiet neighbourhood. We ask that guests respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. The property is strictly non-smoking indoors. A maximum of 8 guests may stay overnight unless prior arrangement has been made.
Security Bond
A refundable security bond is held against each booking. The bond will be returned within 7 days of departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property. Any damage or excessive cleaning requirements will be deducted from the bond.
Liability
Guests use the property, pool, and facilities at their own risk. The owners accept no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during your stay. Children must be supervised at all times when using the pool and spa.
